Process Overview

To facilitate processing, we require the requests be addressed to Cofinex. In the event that law enforcement is not sure which entity the request needs to be addressed to, please outline all the legal entities identified.

Ensure proper Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) documents are provided if cross-border law enforcement is involved.

Cofinex is committed to voluntarily cooperating with law enforcement requests from all jurisdictions in accordance with our terms of use, privacy policy, and applicable law.
